Who's the claimant?
Have the papers been served?Officially in a clique of idiots1 -
Is this your "friend" who decided not to pay her rent? And who you were going to cut ties with?
It could concern an action to claim the rent arrears.
There is a time limit for response running from receipt of the order.2 -

she did do a N444 form to set aside the case next week because she won’t be able to attend due to being in hospital all week0 -

I think you encouraged her to post on the forum herself as a lot was being lost in the retelling.2 -
