  • Wow everyone's doing really well!

I have some things listed on Ebay that are due to finish tonight. I'm hoping to make over £100. One item is going for lots more than I thought it would, hopefully they'll pay ok.

  • Well hello... glad we are all stil here challenging away! Looking forward to seeing the end of Month 1 totals soon...

I had the great luck to win £100 on the premium bonds, so am well chuffed. Also won a £5 amazon voucher and ordered £20 of Pigsback vouchers - have transfered cash for these into my Challenge account so (when it clears) it will look a little more healthy! Been doing my clicks etc and will go and see whether I can sign up to some MS's (I say this every Sun... not the best day to do it!!)

Might see if I can face some more Bingo... hmm... don't think so!!

    GL GL GL all!

I don't see why not as the challenge is all about saving money and making extra - hopefully the others will agree - well done on getting your money back for it:D

welshgirl that is great about the premium bonds:D . GL, GL wth the bingo if you are feeling brave.

MTP -hope your ebay items do well for you:D

Hubby and I have just sorted some new home insurance out - we are just going to wait until quidco is running prop to see if we can get cash back as well. Would it be ok to add the savings made to my total when we finalise it this week?

I dunno, I haven't been adding savings made but I think it seems like a good idea. Should pobably add things like money off coupons when they're used as well? What does everyone else do?

me again:D . I haven't been adding money off coupons but wasn't sure about the building insurance cos it is a one off. Anyone got any thoughts on this?

Unfortunately although we will be saving a lot of money by shopping around for the insurance and the company is on quidco but they quote about £100 more by going through quidco than their quote from the compared sites . Is this normal for insurance companies?

Just listed a few more things on ebay
