    Hi shopaholic,

dont want this to be a silly question, but what is factfinders and shop and scan? Thanks
Basically, they are both invitation-only schemes where you receive a scanner and you scan your weekly grocery shopping in return for points, which can be exchanged for vouchers or gifts. I got invited to Fact Finders through a toluna survey, and I put a request in to join shop and scan through a link my friend sent me. I'll see if I can find it, and post it on here if I can. Must warn though it took about 3 months before I got asked to join.

ETA - Link is http://www.volunteer4panels.com/ click on application form, then at the bottom where it says other info, put that you are interested in shop and scan.

  • Gemmzie you are doing really well :D

Just mailed off my ebay stuff and made £54.05 profit so I am pleased with that :D .

For the bingo I had a win on Sunday (with the dailyrecord) but used a Visa card for my deposit to withdraw the money . I have checked my Visa Card statement online and the deposit money has been taken out but no sign of my withdrawal money and winnings. Should i be expecting a cheque from them?

    Micky mouse,

You should get it credited to the card you used and get an email confirming that the money is credited. There is a gap between taking your money and giving you it back though - usually a couple of days, so keep an eye on it.

I am up to £331.60 in the challenge now, mainly thanks to getting a £200 from barclays stockbrokers as they were giving away free money in June if you opened a stockbroker account. Had to leave it sitting there for 6 months and finally got around to ringing up and getting my cheque.

I've won nothing on the bingo and not many sites will let me sign up :(

Still got another £26.58 today in a cheque from a survey site :D

  • Well just as I thought that I would be adding nothing else to my total this month a £10 Boots voucher from Pigsback turned up today that I had ordered before Christmas and forgotten about. So I am now on £58:j

  • I used my £10 consumer pulse voucher for the cinema last night, treated myself and SIL to an evening at the cinema to see PS I love you (granted I saw it as a free film preview......but I enjoyed it!!:))

Also have £9.48 from using my boots points to buy a couple of gift sets in the 75% off sale to put away for next christmas (look at me being organised!!...........again!!:D)

That brings my total to £23.99 :)
finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!
