I need some serious help from everybody please...I need to repay a loan from a family member in August. I haven't been in this position before but I'm sure that if I had been, I would have negotiated a longer pay back time...however this person is being treated for cancer and I feel that I need to pay the owing £7500 as agreed.
I have saved a few pounds under £3500 (from the previous and current challenges) and now have to find £4k for the remainder in a short time. (By the way, I can take out an overdraft for the amount that I am short by, but I shall still have to pay it back)
Now a bit about me...I'm currently on maternity leave and therefore no option of overtime or extra hours! I have 3 children. I do not drive. I am studying through the OU. All the money I need to make has to come out of extra funds, and not from mine or my husband's income.
I have spotted several of you in other threads, discussing methods of making extra money so I would like to ask for help especially as I haven't got the time to search all the required threads! (although I do faff a lot doing so).
Suggestions please for:
Quidco: no spend and minimum spend required
Free B*ngo: did this in Feb and won very little but have hubby to set up accounts so anything around?
Match betting: I have not done this and am frankly terrified at the prospect of doing it so any help will be gratefully received.
Daily Clicks - thanks EagerLearner for your guide, I just need to get an up to date one and actually do them - yawn, they are sooooo boring but needs must!
Surveys - I think Lightspeed is the best one, and I am signed up to a lot of others but this is so boring as well!
eBay - yes, I have lots of c*ap to get rid of but with the fees etc., it really is making this non-profitable. I shall continue in hope that I have a really valuable item that I didn't know about!
GreenMetropolis.com/Amazon - will list lots more books on this..
Any suggestions for the above categories? I really am time poor...it is almost 1am and this is my free time so any suggestions need to take in the lack of time!
Hope nobody minds that I have asked for some help...I'm hoping that the info might help lots of us....
Thanks and well done to everybody involved in this challenge!

Of course you can ask for help Floxxie - it's what challengers are for
I wonder if you could do a boot sale since the Ebaying is working out to be costly? Take the kids with you
If you want to get into matched betting then the first couple of hundred pounds is easy but only if you fully understand it. It's a bit quiet until the 9th June so now is a perfect time to start looking at the spreadsheet, read the newbie guide and repeat, then look at the tips thread and do a dummy run in your head.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Thanks Gemmzie!
I am sorting out things for husband to do a car boot - unfortunately the car wouldn't fit 3 kids and the stuff to sell, however I am going to send my youngest with his dad as my OH doesn't do very well by himself...people avoid him!
I have printed of the MB guide so will go back over it again and again and again.I suppose even if it doesn't get busy again until football starts again, at least I can get some practice in.

Floxxie,
You could try eBid. If you go for silver seller you have no other fees than 2% from the end sale price. Have a look.

Hi Marru,
Have had a look at the site and it seems like an ideal place to sell my books of which I have thousands!
What do you sell there? Have you been a member long? Do you sell a lot?
Anybody else have experience of eBid?

Personally, I think eBid will take over Ebay at the most popular trading site in the next couple of yearsNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130
