I have a mobile iphone x and Virgin is merging with 02. O2 are sending me a new sim by the 8th July that I don't want because I do want a tariff imposed on me at extra expense.
I have tried phoning to cancel and I get fobbed off. Each person i phone gives me a different answer. And one told me to go to an 02 store.
I aim to buy a new mobile this year but Sim free and do not want to be signed to a contract with 02. Can anyone help?
