Frying pans and fire springs to mind !I would have thought Octopus were the ones most likely to be able to sort the metering out.1

I'm another very satisfied Octopus customer - I can't fault them at all. Excellent customer service too.0

I had hoped to go with them and the root of the problem is likely SSE's administration of my new meter. However, I can't be bothered to chase a company that doesn't seem to want new business. I tried to switch online and then contacted them when I couldn't. They were going to get back to me, but no response. I would not say that's excellent customer service.
