Yes please!
I am away abroad but have quite few photos from my area and other places in West Sussex already. Photos there, from more areas of the UK are needed!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

By way of an update, I've now received a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings. The case has now been transferred to the County Court Hearing Centre for allocation. I guess all I have to do now is wait0

Standard part of the process. Track the steps you must follow by checking the 12 steps in the Template Defence Announcement sticky to be one step ahead and ready for the next stage, but you're on course to a discontinuation. No PPC in their right mind is going to chance a 'leaving the site' getting in front of a judge.Ninjabyte said:By way of an update, I've now received a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings. Thanks, Keith. I've looked at a few examples to start thinking of mine. Based on what I've read in other posts, am I right in holding off drafting a WS until there's confirmation of payment by UKPC following allocation?KeithP said:

And so will DCBL have to wait. They have done all they can now, accepted a complete rubbish claim from UKPC...... they do this time and time again.
Once they read your WS, someone at DCBL will wake up and DISCONTINUE
Such is the sad life of DCBL who are not fit for purpose to deal with parking charges
They are both BPA members who with their collection of money scammers are also not fit for purpose
DO DCBL want to be trashed in court .... as timewasters ?
Play the DCBL game and wait ....

I'd certainly start sketching it out. As every day passes, it's one further away from the date of the parking event, and further out of your memory (if yours is anything like mine!). We rarely recommend leaving things to the last minute. Just jot down a few points as you think about them, it'll make the job of writing your WS much easier when (if) the time comes.Ninjabyte said:
