M&S dont seem to have sort code/account number on ISA's, i just have a client reference number.

I found this on their help pages:

M&S Bank do not use standard account numbers and sort codes for our cash ISA products. Instead we use client reference numbers. For this reason, you cannot make online transfers into your ISA direct from your bank account. Also, if you are transferring your ISA from us you only need to quote your client reference number, usually beginning with 0044. If it is a fixed rate ISA that you are transferring away, we suggest you also quote any maturity date.

But also found this 10 year old thread: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4625181/important-change-to-m-s-isa-transfer-info

It'd be good if anyone could share their recent experience transfering an ISA out of M&S

Transferring from M&S to Natwest and the online form made me input a sort code. Since 00-00-00 was not valid, I entered 40-01-06 as suggested in the above old thread. And my client reference number as the roll number.
Transfer completed in 3 days without any problems.
