    I'm assuming this was a very distant relation to your mum. And she was found by the administrator?
    I assume yes to the start as I believe this company / contact were involved the whole way through back then.
    And I think so yes to the administrator part too.

    Explains their colossal fee I suppose, especially multiplied across a large amount of beneficiaries!
