Croatia for family holiday?

Have heard good reports about Croatia.    Looking to go with my daughter, a 14 and a 4 year old.
can anyone recommend any good family resorts with plenty to see/do.    
Can I also ask for any recommendations for reasonable travel agents.

    Rovinj is beautiful, try Hotel Eden or Lone, great pools and by the coast. Ryanair Stansted to Pula.
