    There's a huge difference between being arrested and actually being charged, and then getting to court although I believe they were due to take Paul Flowers to court recently for using an LPA inappropriately. In the short term, may to be released under investigation.

    One thing you might need to clarify is what this means regarding their work role. They may be required to declare the arrest to employer, they would certainly be required to declare the situation if they are charged.

    Yes, this is sadly true, but also taking moves to get the perpertrators assets suspended  in a civil case they are not yet aware of , if CPS fail.

    The police stated that they had made the employer aware of the arrest due to the nature of their employment and the reason for arrest. Bank also involved.
