Router powers on ..but Internet and broadband...no light at all....but phones working...logged on...check my connection...identified fault....says..wait a few days... isn't their a compensation scheme...to reduce my monthly bill...if no Internet.?

Came back clear...went through diagnostics on web chat....sending new router out0

I asked the customer service guy..do they use royal mail.. ( if I'm in work..will go back to depot)...he said yes...on Friday get an email from yodel...on way...sent me a message through tracker on email..which I missed...not delivered on the 7th...straight to Twitter in...!!!!!! off customer mode...then on Saturday received router...so posted a fair play.tweet.to counter my impetuous post..now back net0
