It works when I click on the link you have given.
Takes you to https://excel.zatappeal.com where you are asked to enter your PCN number and your vehicle's registration mark.

Why not just spend a week reading other VCS Airport threads?  Any Airport.  All the same. Your case is no different.

Thank you, they promise a CCJ, and a case be sent to a Debt Recovery agency  or a court action.
The only thing that calms me down a bit is that there were no prior warning, just the final notice and asked to pay within one day, by the 6th of July. Does not sound legit..

they promise a CCJ, and a case be sent to a Debt Recovery agency  or a court action.

...and you came here thinking you have to respond or pay by tomorrow when in fact you don't have to respond to a scam and NO-ONE pays VCS on this forum, tells us that you just needed to read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.

Then spend a relaxed week reading any VCS Airport threads and you will learn what really happens.  Just search the forum and change BEST MATCH to 'NEWEST'.
