It works when I click on the link you have given.andrewlya said:To appeal you have to do it on http://www.myparkingcharge.co.uk/ but the web site is down and doesn't open...
Takes you to https://excel.zatappeal.com where you are asked to enter your PCN number and your vehicle's registration mark.0 -
Surely you spotted 'the advice'.andrewlya said:
Help with the advice would be appreciatedKeithP said:Not a very useful thread title, is it?
But I see six of your other thread titles are equally unhelpful.
A bit like a headline on the front page of a newspaper saying ' here is the news'.
But I'll spell it out...
Please can you edit your thread title so that it is more descriptive of the problem that you are seeking help on.

Thank you, they promise a CCJ, and a case be sent to a Debt Recovery agency or a court action.Coupon-mad said:No there is no 'summons', this isn't an offence!
Why not just spend a week reading other VCS Airport threads? Any Airport. All the same. Your case is no different.
The only thing that calms me down a bit is that there were no prior warning, just the final notice and asked to pay within one day, by the 6th of July. Does not sound legit..0 -

Are Vehicle Control Services LTD- this is Liverpool airport- likely to take me to court you think?0 -
But the fact that you don't yet know that this doesn't matter:they promise a CCJ, and a case be sent to a Debt Recovery agency or a court action....and you came here thinking you have to respond or pay by tomorrow when in fact you don't have to respond to a scam and NO-ONE pays VCS on this forum, tells us that you just needed to read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.
See my signature. Tells you where to click back. You needed to read the Announcement thread first. You don't need another link...
Then spend a relaxed week reading any VCS Airport threads and you will learn what really happens. Just search the forum and change BEST MATCH to 'NEWEST'.
And please edit your thread title so we know what your case is about before we click on it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
I'm watching TV now, back later to see where we are
