Please help with your advice on the parking ticket at the airport

Hi, please can you help with advice? I've made a complaint to a private parking company that want to charge me £100 stating final notice when I'd not received any prior notifications about it, I've only one day to settle it or else...if it is not a penalty but a charge notice, is this enforceable can they take.me to court over this? Thanks for your help and my complaint to them is below, thanks so much:
Hi, I am writing to make a complaint about the letter I've received from Vehicle Control Services about the charge notice I've received today on the 4th of July 2023, this letter is dated 22 of June 2023 but I've only received it today.
It states that this is the Final Reminder, HOWEVER this is the 1st time I've heard of this charge notice.
Why have I not received any letters advising me of this charge before so that I could have had a chance of settling it sooner and at a discounted charge? It appears that you have waited for this long so that I don't get the chance to pay the lower charge and now you are putting me under unfair pressure to pay the fine by the 6th of July, so I've only one day to settle the fine by paying a huge fine of £100. This is really unfair, I've not seen any photos of my breach, I have not received any letters regarding this charge prior to this.
I'm really not happy about this that I'm being unfairly forced to pay such a high fee without any prior notice and offer of any discounts. I want this matter to be investigated and I am planning to take this matter to solicitors.
What you are doing to me is forcing me to pay £100 within such a short period of time doesn't seem to be sound, proper and maybe illegal. I will need to seek a legal advice on this unless this is invesited and resolved, Mr xx

Not a very useful thread title, is it?
But I see six of your other thread titles are equally unhelpful.
A bit like a headline on the front page of a newspaper saying ' here is the news'.2 -

"I've only one day to settle it or else..."No you haven't! Ignore their alarmist deadlines! Slow down and read the forum.
It's not a fine.
Stop taking VCS seriously.
Of course a PPC can file a court claim; have you missed that the entire forum is full of court claim threads? Read some! Take your time. No-one pays.
We win! No risk, no CCJ, no huge costs.
What was the situation? Car park? Airport roadway? Where? What happened?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Read the Newbies Thread, you need to know what's coming. At the moment you're on the railway tracks, with your back to the train, complaining.

To appeal you have to do it on http://www.myparkingcharge.co.uk/ but the web site is down and doesn't open and on the final letter it states I have passed their appeal period even though I had not received any of their prior warning or letters? All seems too strange, but it was Liverpool airport so I think it must be legit??0

No there is no 'summons', this isn't an offence!
Why not just spend a week reading other VCS Airport threads? Any Airport. All the same. Your case is no different.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Don't worry about that, we've all been there - I won in Court for my Son January this year, third time beating these scammers. You won't find better advice elsewhere, and certainly not from a clueless solicitor.
