has anyone found themselves in an aerial-direct contract thinking they were with O2. My wife has found herself in this situation although she is adamant she did not agree to anything on their cold call. If you managed to get out of their contract how did you do it?

They are an O2 Business seller. O2's largest in fact.
So your wife will need to be guided by the terms of the contract re: cancellation2 -
Been discussed here some years ago...........still putting people on a bad business contract!
