Instructing bailiffs. What should I expect?

The cheque from the bailiffs finally arrived, one month after they received it from the debtors. It was just a cheque with no explanatory letter so I don't know if the store paid up or the bailiffs took items from the store.3

Could I ask, was the cheque for the full amount (the amount of your claim plus any subsequent expenses such as bailiff's fees) or was there any shortfall?0 -
Yes, I received the full amount comprising of the money paid for the goods plus the court and bailiff fees. Unfortunately when I raised the online money claim, I neglected to claim for interest, which is 8% so I lost few hundred pounds. But I'm happy I got my money back,0
