i should add that the diagram provided shows the point of impact on my vehicle as being crosses all down the centre passenger side (none on front or rear when the two main impacts actually occurred).

lisyloo there are no additional costs if it involves a foreign motorist.

the uk claims handlers cant charge additional for tranlsation its part of the service they give to their client's - im not sure what you mean by foreign postage. Everything is done by e mail and the matter will be heard in the UK so normal rules apply.
