Hi all, I firstly posted this forum; https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/80099702#Comment_80099702.
I greatly appreciate the help, but I have now just received a letter in the post from CSB Solicitors.
I greatly appreciate the help, but I have now just received a letter in the post from CSB Solicitors.
This letter states;
”We have been instructed by our client, the creditor, to prepare for possible legal proceedings in respect of this outstanding parking charge notice (PCN). Our client has previously contacted you requesting repayment of the debt.
You should make payment for the amount shown within 14 days of the date of this letter to avoid legal action from being instigated against you. You can make your PCN payment online at www.UCS…”
This letter came from CSB Solicitors, I was told no court would come out of this, can anyone help with next steps please?

A debt collector's letter.
Certainly nothing urgent about it.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.
Please keep all discussion about one parking event in the one thread.
Thanks.2 -
This is the letter I have received; I have ignored all previous calls and now just received this.

Please... back to your other thread.
We, and you, certainly do not need multiple threads about harmless debt collectors letters.3
