Signed up from sky who were fleecing me each month, to onestream broadband. Told my service should go live on Friday at midnight. Just plugged my new router in to set it up today. Won't connect so check and I have no phone dial tone so must be why my broadband router won't connect.
Seriously worried having read online reviews about impossible to get through, and they're not even open Sunday to call.
Anyone know what I can do it have experience of it not going live two days after they said it should?
