Credit Card company investigating my conduct

There is a local company that deal in sofa warranties/guarantee claims and repairs. Ultimately they effectively stopped trying to recruit permanent staff to the front line CS roles as no-one stayed more than 6 months, due to the level of abuse from people trying to claim outside the terms (e.g. what do you mean the manufacturing guarantee for assembly doesn’t cover me throwing a glass of red wine over my white sofa….!!!).
The same callers then get upset that the staff didn’t know the processes inside and out and back to front….sadly it’s a vicious downward cycle and those that can behave like decent human being suffer the consequences….0 -

If they decide not to do business with you anymore they can demand full repayment of any financial product you may have with them, or will agree terms if that`s not possible, if for any reason you don`t pay, then the account will go to debt collection.
OK, let's say you take a money transfer offer on your CC, transfer the money and pay an upfront fee of 4% or so. Can they demand a full repayment the next month? You paid the fee on condition that the money will be repaid over XX months. Would you get the fee refunded? At least partially?
Edit: I meant, would the fee be deducted from the outstanding balance that you need to repay?

After the brexit vote, someone called my office. The agents name was Satnam, full London accent and born in London. The Guy asked for someone who was English and didn't want to speak to foreigners. His policy was cancelled within the hour, he "threatened FOS" I said we'd report his comments to the police. Slightly different, but we invoked our right to cancel1

Was listening into a call sat besides an agent of indian descent who was born in the UK but had a hybrid yorkshire and indian accent. The first thing the customer said was that they wanted to be transferred to the UK, she said she was, he said she wasnt, he then asked what happened on Eastenders and whats outside the office window and after she correctly answered both of those he was then "ah but they train you how to answer those sorts of questions".
The telephone number they called from didnt correspond to any policies on file and they refused to give any personal details so no material options to do anything but she said that each of the asian staff (and there were more than a few being in Leeds) get 1-2 such calls a week.2 -
Our company has a zero tollerence, people are not there to be abusedDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
