although you have a contract because they have offered you a service and you have paid for it, it all depends on the terms and conditions of that contract
have a read of them - I would be surprised if they did not have something like they reserve the right to raise the price prior to the operation actually occurring
if they do that then of course they should refund you should you not wish to go ahead at the new price0 -
Smiled sweetly over the phone, charmed them to "look again", despite the contract (copy) said "set for 60 days". They revised the price back to the original. No more to pay, yipee2
