Shame the judge allowed one £60; if he disallowed the others, he should have disallowed that one using the same legal/technical point. Anyway glad you liked the outcome.1

Hi Guys, I received the court judgement letter with the total cost. DCB have not contacted me about making the payment, anyone have any idea how to make payment to DCB whilst also getting a recipient or proof of payment?0

On the DCB Legal website, it allows me to put the claimant reference number thats in the claim form. The total comes up as what the judge ordered to pay, the how to pay section says I should give the claimants reference number and the claim number but the option to pay by card on the website will only be using the claimants reference number. Is it better to do a bank transfer using their details on website and put the claimants reference number and the claim number in reference field that way?0

No. Don't do it differently. Just make the payment with their ref then email them to confirm you've done it for claim no xxxxxx.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok thanks. Payment is made, will I get a CCJ that I need to remove? Its been a week and nothing on my credit report yet. I’m hoping it won’t get added in the first place.
I emailed DCB with proof of payment receipts and also copied the court included my claim reference and claimants reference.
regards
