PIP put in for change of circumstance now confused

ok phoned pip as soon as they were open i also got a txt at 9am today saying they had received my form and may want more info etc anyway explained to the person and the 24 page one has been logged and they are using that thank god
they checked on the system and the 24 pager is fine and think the larger form maybe is a clerical error
so it looks like the 24 pager was the right one and said i could throw away the longer form
anyway im glad how it turned out and thanks for taking the time to help me
