As title, has anyone got the same experience? I've had a look on some reviews websites, it looks like some people have experienced the similar case scenario too!

My honey golds(cashback points), the missing ones and the ones in my account are equivalent to £2500 to £3000(redemption in the forms of gift card). I cannot just let go of this as the amount is huge!

I guess my account has been flagged due to the amount I spent. But why should I be targeted or punished simply because I can I spend???

How shall I do???

Thank you.

As I mentioned, I believed I've been flagged as the total amount I've spent. I have this assumption as another cashback website suspended my account for this reason. But after explaining and providing them with the documents, the issue had resolved.

My problem is PayPal Honey has totally ignored my chat messages and emails; many users have the same experiences too.
    Don't know what to do.

Thanks. They have the UK version too. For the UK market, the honey golds(points) can be only redeemed in gift cards, not PayPal credit. And I personally do not link my PayPal account to it.

Why wait to you have so much money before claiming?

The UK site has an enormous number of rules. Have you complied with them all?

    The UK T&Cs include:
You agree that Honey’s decisions regarding the Honey Gold Rewards Program and your participation in it are final and binding and you agree to abide by all such decisions. Honey will be the sole arbiter in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination, suspension, or disabling of your participation in the Honey Gold Rewards Program and/or the expiration of any Honey Gold loyalty rewards points or other program benefits.

You say you have Honey Gold points worth £2,500-£3,000.
If you have not redeemed these points they might not be worth as much as you think.
    The UK T&Cs say
Honey Gold loyalty rewards points cannot be purchased, are not your property, are not money, can expire as described below, and have no value prior to redemption.
Could this have happened to your account?
You understand and agree that termination of your participation in the Honey Gold Rewards Program will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Honey Gold loyalty rewards points.

I think the UK site is the same the US'. It will automatically detect user's location and show the local deals and cashback rates.

Coz there is a limit for each gift card. For example, the maximum for Amazon is £60 only.

    Thanks for the reply.

Before you brought up the T&C, I had guessed it would be like this, as they are the 'sole arbiter'.

I still have golds worth around £350, but no longer redeemable as the account is seemingly frozen.
The pending golds was worthy of £2500-ish, which had been erased because they took issues on my account.

Well, I think at least they could inform the users before making such a decision. I earn decent money. I'm also a small business owner, so I have opportunities to spend. This is not new to me. One cashback site also suspended my account for short while, but after all providing supporting documents, problem solved. But this time I did not even get to contact the customer service of Honey!
