Court Claim- Defence review

Hi all, been an avid reader of the forum and it has helped me through many appeals. However not been so successful with one of them and it is now gone to court claim. I have done the AOS and am just editing the defence template. I didn’t know how detailed to be at this point. Would someone be able to advise if I should expand in more detail? The 4 paragraphs are below. Thanks

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?
Upon what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.
Who is the Claimant?
Did any of the people who received PCNs on that day ask McDs to cancel the charges?3 -
UK parking are the claimant via DCB Legal.
issue date: 14th June
i filed AOS on 19th June0 -
I rang them and was passed around until they said there was nothing they could do as the parking firm looks after the parking. I asked for an email address to complain to but only given Uk parking details0

i filed AOS on 19th JuneWith a Claim Issue Date of 14th June, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 17th July 2023 to file your Defence.
That's over two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence and it is good to see that you are not leaving it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
Thanks, and yes absolutely been following the threads you’ve mentioned. I’ve taken the defence template and just uploaded the bit that I needed to amend on here. I was just unsure as to whether I needed to be anymore explicit in my narrative or whether the 4 paragraphs above would be enough.0

Did you read this in the Template Defence thread?...

Don't call them 'fines'.
I assume this is UKPC using DCBLegal.
To paragraph 3, add the quote from the current BPA CoP about extra signs being needed where restrictions change.
Then add paragraphs 5-11 from the defence in the thread by @Johny86 and finally, add the rest of the Template defence 5 onwards (don't bother with 4) and re-number ot all to suit.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
