Still not received Alternative Fuel Payment!

I am still waiting to receive the AFP and wonder whether anyone else is having the same issue.  I should have been paid by my energy supplier (British Gas) but they state that they won't pay me as they "have not been told to" by BEIS.  BEIS state that BG have been told to pay me and they are now working out "what has gone wrong".  After many telephone calls to the AFP Helpdesk and contacting my MP who has also written to find out what has happened (but has basically been told that the same thing as I have been told i.e. sorting out "what has gone wrong") I have still not received payment.  All I am being told is that it has been escalated and I should "hear soon".  As it is now three months since my case was "escalated" I am beginning to wonder if I will ever be paid!  Think I'm annoyed as there seems to be no dispute that I am entitled to it - so why can't they just pay me and then sort out what went wrong?!  Anyone else having the same issue?
