You can't do it like that because it's unsigned and not a secure document.
I think it will be rejected.Can you ask someone in the family, or a techy friend, to help tomorrow, just by creating a word document for you then adding a cropped & re-sized photo of your signature and the date under the statement of truth, then save it as a PDF and attach it to a fresh email with the subject line stating what the Template Defence sticky thread says to put?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ok just managed to covert to pdf, so do I just sign a piece of paper and take a pic and upload?0

Think I have sorted it now, took pic of signature, cropped it and attached to word doc which I then converted to PDF, tried sending it to above email address but I keep getting undeliverable message as maintenance going on gov.uk email, put claim number in email subject box.
So I think I have finished....for now0 -
Sending emails to the CCBC over the weekend, or any non-working day often ends in failure. Send Monday morning after 9am. Sometimes hotmail/yahoo emails prove to be un-sendable too, so try a gmail or aol one.Make sure you receive an almost immediate acknowledgment of receipt.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
