Lebara - Email verification has failed

Hi
Can anyone tell me if they have had this message when trying to log in to a Lebara account for the first time? I think it's because I didn't get an email to verify my account originally. I've asked for another but for some reason they are saying they either wont or can't do this. I can log in to my account online but have restricted access. Also tried their app but of course this is hopeless as you can't see the MSE deal. Anyone found a work around for this problem?
