I have just got a message saying no internet but this only happens when it is not connected to the router with the ethernet cable ie will not not operate wirelessly can some one give me some advice.My broadband speed when connected is 36 Mbps.My provider is Plusnet and my OS is windows 10.

Does the Windows 10 device you are using have wifi capabilities? If it is a laptop then it will, desktop maybe not but unusual for it to not have if it is from a major PC maker.
If it does then you need the wifi password (usually on a card or written on the router). You join the wireless network from the PC and use the password to gain access. Lots of detailed instructions on the internet.
Main assumption here is that the wifi signal is strong enough where the PC is located.0 -
Have just checked the speed again and it is 36.6Mbps it is a HP Laptop I have the router password so where do I go to enter it.This has never happened before have always used it wirelessly.I use TP Link adapters and all the lights are on.Thank's0

Have found the poblem which was the Wi-Fi button was turned of I noticed it was red1
