I would definitely persue the seller for the cost of disposing of their rubbish. The cost to you thru the small claims court is relatively small and you are likely to win and recoup all the costs. Go for it.2

Having said that, I doubt I'd personally bother in the scheme of a house purchase.
OP, is it really all rubbish, or are there a few things of 'value' that could cover the disposal cost?0 -

Thanks all for your comments he decided to deal with it himself.Unfortunately this nasty woman also lied on the property information form about the bungalow never flooding .. it’s actually flooded twice! 2019 and 2021! I’ve posted a new there’s about this as his bungalow is now ruined as it has flooded1
