    Contact the solicitor again mentoin you found some photos and other personals item. I am sure the file will magically open. 
  • Contracts should really include the new address of the seller, along side the requirement to clean it all possessions and rubbish. A note about passing on the bill for cleaning up should be in there too.

    Remember that not everyone is able bodied and able to just hire a skip and clean it up themselves. It could be a significant cost for them.

    Bit difficult if they don't yet know what it is - or it's a particularly temporary one.

    Besides, what would be your remedy if it turns out not to be the correct address?

    The only time I've got a skip was about 20 years ago, and it was £100 then...
