Agreeing a completion date

We also have a slight update today. Our EA phoned this morning to say the solicitors at the bottom of the chain has agreed a way forward. Our buyers now need to get a drawing from a surveyor and as soon as the solicitor has that, we can agree completion dates. We're all eager to complete as soon as possible so fingers and toes crossed the surveyor will be able to supply what's needed fairly quickly.
Our solicitor has said that usually it takes 5 working days to get redemption statements and drawn down funds from lenders, so hopefully should complete by the end of the month.0 -

There are 4 of us trying to arrange a completion date.
