Currently trying to contact this government company in order to get a redemption certificate. Wont answer call, reply to emails.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    I am in the exact same position - wondering if someone has found a way to get through the 'help to buy repayment customer services'. I have tried to call them several times and after 1.5 - 2 hrs I still haven't managed to speak to someone as the phone disconnects. It does not tell you how long is your wait time going to be. I also sent them an email. Haven't even got an acknowledgement.it is so frustrating...
