ISA transfer to Virgin Money

I am in the process of transferring a S&S ISA from Vanguard to a Cash ISA with Virgin Money. I noticed that Virgin now have a new issue with a higher interest rate. As Virgin have not yet received my fund transfer, is there anything I can do to ensure the transfer goes into their latest issue? Thank you.

Once it’s transferred as you’ll be within the 14 day cooling off period you can contact them to request it is moved to the newer issue rate.1

You can move it to the newest issue yourself within the online account section quite easily once it's been transferred in, even if they do move you into an older one.2

As an aside, I transferred the opposite direction into an HSBC S&S ISA from a Virgin cash ISA and was impressed that it was all done and dusted in less than 3 working days1
