I have just called the FSA and they do not fall under them but under SRA Solicitors Regulations Authority, they have provided a number to contact them 0370 6062555 so I will be calling them Open times 8-5

Not sure it’s worth following the companies complaints procedure as it states it may take 8 weeks until you receive a final response!!0

IF no money has changed hands then so far they have done nothing wrong. They have advised that there are errors in the contract and are seeking your approval to amend it. Ok so spoken to the SRA and they don’t deal with contract issues, we need to raise a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman tel: 0300 5550333, called them also and it’s all online so next step is to raise a complaint with them about PG ! Oh and I’m also waiting for PG to call me today following my negative Trust Pilot review 👊🏼0

Totally agree with this. I am now not able to speak with another firm as the deadline is now closed for my particular car. I have sent the email to a friend to works for Trading Standards to get his take on it.0
