Wrong car rental in Miami

Hi Guys, I rented a car from gocarentals.com from Miami Airport, we were given the wrong car and not even the right category. I have complained but the rental company are ignoring me and won’t help. i feel my only option is the small claims court, any advice please

What car CATEGORY did you book and what car CATEGORY were you allocated a car from?
Specific car models within categories are not guaranteed.
Gocarrental.com is a comparison site. Which car rental firm was your reservation with?
What explanation did the rental agent at MIA offer?1 -
As Westin said the car model is never normally guaranteed, it's a category you book.
(I have seen sometimes the major brands may offer a guaranteed model when booking on their own site, but that was usually for a premium vehicle)
As above what was the hire firm's explanation?0
