What's the best payg deal for a high amount of data?

My sons coming back the UK for three weeks and need a sim with a lot of data (100gig +).

Any recommendation for the best options to look at?

Obviously a sim is only of use if the carrier has decent coverage where it will be used most but, given that:

Smarty (3) have Unlimited GB for £20/month.

He'll be travelling all over the UK visiting friends and attending courses, so it'll be pot luck depending on where he is.  I'll take a look at Smarty, thanks
