Lycamobile changing from being an O2 MVNO to an EE MVNO?

There have been lots of reports of Lycamobile customers now finding they have been migrated from using the O2 signal to using the EE signal. Just to add that Lycamobiles poor customer service continues. They are still asking for non-existent email receipts before they'll refund . What sort of business doesn't keep records of what they've been paid!
