Please show us all the TNC letters starting with the postal PCN or NTK. I want to see their language as evidence.

Cover your data and your VRM and PCN ref no.  I don't only want the latest letter.

To help you (and for Government evidence to change the law) I need to see all please, especially the postal PCN / NTK that arrived first.

You can ignore that. It is just another debt collector letter. You are dealing with vermin and need to understand that nothing they say in their intellectually malnourished communication can be actioned by them.

A real LBC must follow the PAP as described here:

I am so very sorry to read your sad news.  Please get someone to help take this burden of worry from you.  That should be your MP.

Pass copies of all those letters to your local MP and ask them to show them to Mr Gove's team at the DLUHC who are currently dealing with the draft Impact Assessment to rein in this sort of intimidation.  And ask your MP to secondly, write to the landowner and the IPC and shame them for letting 'Have a Nice Car Park' get away with firing this barrage of drivel to a vulnerable customer at a terrible time in their life.

Thank you so much, I appreciate your kind words. You guys here have been very helpful but I can still try get something from my MP.
This occurred at the Heron foods and even they are not happy with this, but unfortunatley its the landlord who has put 'Have a Nice Car Park' upto this. The worst thing the free car park for Heron food is customers is at the back, and customers like have been done for parking at the front of the Shop which has very little signage.
