The engineer saw the dirty dishes photographed and agreed that although dishwasher’s never get everything 100% clean 100% of the time (with overloading being the usual culprit) he wouldn’t expect that outcome.

If samsung say there's no obvious fault in the machine I'd get a professional to check if the waste plumbing is correctly installed or if there's a blockage.
After selling and plumbing and fitting fitting machines for over 40 year, my first thoughts is there's lightly a plumbing issue0
