Samsung Galaxy Z Flip screen cracking AGAIN after repair!

I have ZFlip3 5g and having the crease repaired once it has now creased again. I can not get anywhere with Samsung live chat or sky mobile. I do not want it repaired again. I want a replacement or refund. I was without a phone for weeks on end when it was away for repair after chasing it endless times. I do not want to do that again, especially if the screen cracks again. I have no other phone to use and if I take it to a Samsung shop(which they suggest) I have a 3-hour trip to the nearest one and I will have to leave my phone there with no idea how long it will take. This is not good enough. I know there are quite a few people in the same boat and was wondering if anyone had any luck with getting their phone replaced or a refund? Any help would be appreciated.
