Hi all. After seeing good reviews of Smarty, I decided to switch. The SIM arrived and it said I needed to download the app and when I looked at the reviews on there, it was full of 1 star, awful reviews.  So I'm a bit confused now.  Does anyone use them (or used them previously) that could let me know of your experiences please?  I really need a provider that will let me have 5 SIM only deals all on one account. I'm currently with ID who don't let you do this.  Thanks for reading.

Don't know about 5 x  SIM only  but no problem with Smarty and the app. I have a 5GB SIM and paying £5(on offer) - actually using about 4GB
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

I'm not sure what you mean by "on one account". I use rwg and have ordered sims for the whole family from one email account and topped them up online (you can also setup recurring bundles) just by entering the phone number of the phone you want to topup. The downside is there is no usage history and you need to check usage/remaining allowance on the phone itself.

My daughter has been with Smarty.for a couple of years and they've been great. They run on Three like I.D. do so the coverage should be the same.

I'd say just try them and switch if you have problems, they don't have contracts so you won't be tied in to anything

Probably reviews for the app specifically. I have had Smarty for years and they are great.

I agree, the app is awful and deserves a low rating but the service is okay generally.
