Moved from Sky to O2 - Weaker signal?

I've moved from Sky (which uses O2) to O2 direct and yet I'm getting a weaker phone signal in my usual haunts and not great download speeds (although download speeds were never great from Sky either). I've tried the default APN settings and the alternate Android one on O2's forums with no difference evident. This is on a Poco X3 Pro.

Any ideas on what I'm missing?
