    Inaccuracies in this MSE article as you can't use resolver to make a complaint to Virgin.
    It may be related to Virgin changing ADR providers.
    Up to 2022, CISAS considered complaints made on resolver as a valid but by the time Ofcom and the industry had told CISAS it wasn't, Virgin had jumped ship to Ombudsman services. Ironically, OS are the worst ADR providers around!
