Iceland does sell UPF but I would dispute the 85% figure.

Just because something is frozen, doesn't mean it's UPF. New Zealand lamb - half leg £10, whole leg £20, zero additives etc.  Husband likes the Del Monte frozen fruit, especially the pineapple. Again, no additives whatsoever.
Some of the frozen ready meals are gluten-free, low salt and free of nasties. You just have to read the ingredient and nutrition labels and it's very easy to do that, on the Iceland website.

Now think of all the stuff that is readymade in the freezer cabinets, and the plethora of foodstuffs they sell that isn't frozen. Much of it is very obviously rubbish but I have only relatively recently that the stuff I considered to be healthy - ie bread - is anything but!

Frustrated and VERY disappointed with Iceland and their customer line!!! When I went to use my Iceland bonus card which I had put £100 on - I was told there was no money on it? This was supposed to be our main families Christmas food shopping!!!  I was attracted by the £20 bonus which weirdly was on the card and still is??? On one of my MANY phone calls eventually getting through I was told that my bonus card had been compromised and used by someone miles away??? I was VERY upset and they said they would cancel my card send me a new one and then I would have to phone up to make a claim?  I’m old and EXHAUSTED!! And TOTALLY put off from ever buying from Iceland again! I still have not received my card replacement, any notification what so ever or confirmation that anything is happening or being done about it! I FEEL UTTERLY CHEATED BY ICELAND!  All I’ve got is the proof on my bank account that I paid them £100!!! NO REFUND!

My latest Iceland shop on Tuesday 2nd July 2024 the till operator said my bonus card + i.d that I have use for verification of age to shop has been my 1977 paper full motorbike license. The operator said that would no longer be acceptable. I will need a photo ID of some kind before shopping there again. (a) have anyone else found this? (b) being on UC what is the cheapest photo ID can I get? Is it the citizenship at around £20?

Yes, but you get this at 66 now. The Iceland offer kicks in at age 60.

I have my driving licence with me but have never been asked for it.

Not sure what that says about me

I always berate the SAs for neglecting to check my age when I buy a bottle of something nice :D. What do you mean, I look over 25?

When you get a bonus £1 for reaching £20 in top ups what do you see in your account or app? I only found "Refund £1". I assume that's it?
