If its actual cash you have put on the card, rather than loyalty points (I don't know how that scheme works), you would likely be an unsecured creditor and be back of the queue if they go under, and months down the line you would likely get 0p in the pound back.

If its money/points accrued through loyalty spending, it would simply go.

If you are that worried go and spend it.
Not true by the looks of it, according to the Terms https://www.iceland.co.uk/terms.html

Ring-fenced monies: Bonus Card Savings Scheme savings are ring-fenced in a separate Iceland Bonus Card Savings trust bank account, separate to all other Iceland bank accounts.

It appears the money is in a segregated account, similar to a client money account or a trustee account. The devil will be in the detail of the account but presumably only cardholders would have a claim on those monies but it will depend on how good a job the lawyers have done setting it up.

Fair enough, as you said the reality may be rather different if it goes belly up though.

Personally I would be off to spend it, just in case.

They have 650 stores, including the Food Warehouse branded ones.

They have closed 17 in the past 9 months and are struggling with electricity costs. I doubt it is going to disappear in the next 6 months but obvs they have to learn how to make a profit while paying huge energy costs

    Load £100 onto your
Bonus Card in one or more transactions between 22nd September and 3rd November and not only will you receive your usual £5 bonus (£1 FREE for every £20), you’ll also qualify for a £15 CHRISTMAS BONUS! That’s a total of £20 ABSOLUTELY FREE. Your standard £1 bonuses will be loaded onto your card within 48 hours and your £15 Christmas Bonus will be loaded by 24th November, just in time for the festivities to begin.

    1. This offer is available to registered Bonus Card customers only. 2. Registered Bonus Card customers can earn a £15 savings bonus for loading £100 savings to the Bonus Card either online at iceland.co.uk, via the Iceland Bonus Card app or in-store at Iceland or The Food Warehouse between 22.09.23 and 03.11.23 inclusive (“Promotional Period”). 3. To qualify for a £15 bonus, customers must add an aggregate of £100 of new savings (in one or a series of transactions) onto their Bonus Card during the Promotional Period either online, in-store or via the app. Only one £15 bonus per customer. 4. Each standard £1 bonus earned for meeting the standard £20 milestone will be automatically added to your savings balance within 48 hours of meeting a £20 milestone. The additional £15 bonus earned for meeting the £100 milestone during the Promotional Period, will be loaded onto qualifying customers' Bonus Cards by 24.11.23. 5. If the additional £15 bonus earned during the Promotional Period is not spent it will expire and be removed from the Bonus Card on 23.12.23.

What makes you think "Iceland seems to be in trouble"?
I removed the shell from my racing snail, but now it's more sluggish than ever.

Yes I think they willl last 6 months. I will load the card, but Lord knows how I will spend £100 at Iceland. I usually only buy washing powder and sugar free biscuits!
