Zara return not refunded

I’m a regular & long-standing customer of Zara, both online & in store. I sent over £300 of items back via EVRI . Zara are refusing to refund as they say package held 2 pairs of Asos trousers & no Zara items. I don’t shop in Asos or have any of their trousers.I know 100% that when I dropped package off it held all the Zara items that I had asked to return. They say they’ve disposed of the Asos trousers & are point blank refusing to refund or contact EVRI about this. What can I do ?

How did you pay for the goods? If debit or credit card, dispute the charge with your bank. Provide them with evidence/communications.0

I have had exactly the same experience - supposedly the package contained 'non-zara' items which were not mine. I am getting nowhere with customer services and I'm shocked to see here that this is happening frequently.
Have you managed to get anywhere @sheramber?0 -
Feels like there should be a standard cut and paste for "Zara say I sent them dog biscuits instead of a dress" what is the best advice? Try to shame them on social media and if not then look to begin legal action? And don't shop at Zara any more!1

I know you posted this a while ago but I'm wondering if you got an outcome?
I've sent back a £80 coat which they had back for 5 days and when I chased them for my refund they told me I sent back a pair of faux leather ASOS trouser! I tried to tell them this was not the case but the chat advisor was having none of it.
When I checked trustpilot their review are shocking so I came on here to see if anyone could help and I've seen you've had quite a similar experience
It's very strange that we all send back ASOS trousers0
