Zara refused to refund

Hi there

Zara have refused to credit me for items I've returned. Royal mail online tracker has confirmed item has been delivered by their pre paid postage label. Zara has confirmed on my account they've received the item, yet still refusing to refund saying they haven't received it..I've sent proof of return and screenshot.....this company seriously needs investigating

Are they simultaneously confirming and denying receipt?!

There have been plenty of threads about this lot and returns but I don't recall such blatant doublespeak before....
