Boots Advantage Card

Has anyone else had their Boots Advantage points removed due to an alleged 'abuse of the scheme' with no specific information about which specific rule had supposedly been broken?
They have withdrawn over £100 of points that I held, and after several letters to Boots I am still none the wiser which of the 'standard letter provided explanations' might apply to me. Their Executive Office are refusing to discuss the matter further. Feels very unfair after years of being a good customer.

Have you been making bulk purchases or anything else that might fall foul of the rules?
When did you last use the card - they’ve changed the time limit for points so if you’ve not swiped the card for 12 months, the points have gone. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
