Has anyone heard of this provider? They made a cold call to my friend who bought a package from them only to find there are so many hidden charges which were never mentioned. I have emailed them but had no reply. I can’t find them on Twitter, Facebook or any other platform despite showing them on their website which is simple and clumsy to say the least. Thank you 🙏

Has your friend tried to cancel using the cooling off period - does their phone number work?? Looks like a very small company (one registered company officer and £20k on their accounts.) You're right - the social media 'badges' on their site aren't real links and they seem to have no visibilty at all. Mixed reviews on Trust Pilot and some look fake too & no link on their website to Trust Pilot. I don;t think I'd be using them0
